Submission guidelines
All abstracts should be in English. Use appropriate words and correct grammar.
The abstracts should have a maximum of 300 words.
The abstracts should contain the following information in the order provided

i. Title of abstract
ii. Full author(s) details
iii. Background, purpose, methods, key findings, conclusion and originality or contribution

Important dates

  •  30th May 2025 - Submission of abstracts
  • 20th June 2025 - Notification of accepted abstracts
  • 30th August 2025 - Submission of full papers
  • 30th September 2025 - Notification of accepted papers

Conference Dates: 10th to 14th November 2025

Publication
All accepted/presented papers will appear in the COTUL Conference Proceedings
