It is indeed a great honour and privilege on behalf of COTUL Executive Committee to welcome you to the Consortium of Tanzania University and Research Libraries (COTUL) website. We trust that you will find this website informative and educative in providing accurate and quality information regarding our activities and services.

While executing our core functions as provided in all Articles of a registered COTUL Constitution 2021, we are determined and remain committed to ensuring that our esteemed members are constantly and timely provided with accurate, relevant and up-to-date information that meets the academic and research needs of their institutions. Through this website, we demonstrate to our esteemed members our conviction to realize our vision, mission and core functions of COTUL.

Therefore, on behalf of the COTUL Executive Committee, I would like to extend our appreciation and gratitude to all members and partners that have been working with us to meet our objectives through acquisition of relevant e-resources in order to achieve academic excellence in teaching, learning and quality research works and innovation in our institutions.
