COTUL Chairperson would like to invite librarians, ICT personnel, researchers and interested partners to to attend a COTUL Scientific Conference, Workshop and the Annual General Meeting (AGM) that will be held for five (5) days from 8th to 12th November, 2021 at Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU in Kilimanjaro region.
During these five days, there will be paper presentations focusing on the conference theme entitled: Research and Scholarship in the Wave of Digital Transformation: The Changing Role of Libraries and Information Professionals. Moreover, there will be two (2) parallel workshop sessions titled: Scientific Writing; and, Electronic Reference Services. These parallel sessions are aimed to bring together academics, librarians, researchers and information professionals to gain knowledge and skills on academic writing and publishing, and provision of modern electronic reference services.
Participants are required to pay a workshop registration fee of TZS 500,000/= for COTUL members and TZS 600,000/= for non COTUL members. Fee for International participants is USD 400. The fee covers costs for meals, venue, and conference/workshop materials. Please pay your registration fee through the COTUL bank account with the following details:

It is highly recommended to pay the registration fee before commencement of the event and keep the Bank pay-in slip as evidence. You may also make payment at the training venue upon arrival at the workshop venue.
Furthermore, participants are requested to solicit fund to cover their expenses, including:

- ii. Transport
iii. Subsistence allowances and other personal expenses
